基因芯片技术在肿瘤相关基因筛选及肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘要 基因芯片技术是建立在基因探针和杂交测序技术上的一种高效快速的核酸序列分析手段,该技术相比其他分子生物学工具,具有分析速度快、所需样品量少、污染少等优点。由于肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗、预后均与基因密切相关,因此,作为一种新型的基因检测工具,基因芯片技术必将成为肿瘤相关基因研究及治疗的有效工具。 Gene chip technology is a biological method that can efficiently analyze the nucleic acid sequences. It is developed based on gene probing and hybridization sequencing analysis. The technology has many advantages, including fast analysis, less required sample, less pollution and so on, when compared with other tools of molecular biology. As tumor occurrence, development,treatment, and prognosis are closely related to the gene, the gene chip technology, as a new gene detection tool, will become an effective tool in the study of genes associated with tumors and in the treatment of tumors.
