口内入路内窥镜辅助下治疗髁颈下骨折 被引量:1

摘要 传统手术治疗髁颈下骨折需要使用口外开放入路,但无论是耳屏前入路、颌后入路和下颌下入路都可能存在面神经损伤、手术瘢痕等美学并发症.研究表明,暂时性面神经功能损伤的发生率为12% ~48%[1].内窥镜技术的发展和应用使口腔颌面外科医师在内窥镜辅助下通过口内入路即可达到骨折部位,
