TIM-3分子及其在抗肿瘤免疫中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 免疫系统稳态调节在机体对于体内异己成分(病原体、肿瘤)和自身成分的应答强度起着重要的作用,免疫应答过强或过弱均可能导致疾病。在发现TIM-3分子的十余年里,免疫调节分子TIM-3因其免疫负调功能而逐渐引起重视。TIM-3/Gal-9信号通路在T细胞活性和数量的调节上起着重要作用。因此,TIM-3分子与机体的抗肿瘤免疫、抗病毒免疫和自身免疫性疾病关系密切,并有可能成为一个抗肿瘤药物研究的靶点。
