摘要
回顾性分析CT尿路成像对60例泌尿系先天畸形患儿的诊断价值。所有患者中10例肾脏异位,2例囊性发育不良肾,3例为孤立肾,1例右肾旋转异常,3例融合肾畸形(2例马蹄肾、1例盘状融合肾),7例输尿管囊肿,34例重复肾输尿管畸形(4例为双侧重复肾畸形、30例单侧重复肾畸形)。表明在诊断儿童泌尿系先天畸形上CT尿路成像可以为临床选择治疗方案和手术提供重要的参考。
60 cases of duplex kidney ureter deformity were retrospectivly analyzed, so as to study the diagnostic value of multi-slice CT urography. In all patients there were 10 cases of ectopic kidney, 2 cases of congenital renal hypolasia, 3 cases of independent kidney, 1 case of renal malrotaion,3 cases of fusional kidney（ horseshoe kidney in 2 cases,1 case of discoid kidney） ,7 cases of ureterocele and 34 cases of duplication of renal pelvis and ureter （ bilateral in 4 cases, 30 cases of unilateral） . Multi-slice CT urography can be used for urinary congenital malforma-tion. It has great value to provide an important reference for clinical to select surgical operations.
