96例左心房黏液瘤的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of left atrial myxoma in 96 cases

目的总结96例左心房黏液瘤的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析手术治疗的96例原发性左心房黏液瘤患者的临床资料。手术同期行二尖瓣成形14例,二尖瓣机械瓣置换术7例,冠状动脉旁路移植术4例。结果 96例左心房黏液瘤均经手术成功切除。术后患者血流动力学平稳,无严重心律失常及栓塞等并发症。随访10个月-5年,仅1例在术后1年复发。结论确诊左心房黏液瘤后应尽早手术;完整切除肿瘤是避免术后复发的关键。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of surgical treatment of left atrial myxoma in 96 cases. Methods Data of 96 patients with left atrial myxoma were analyzed retrospectively. At same time, mitral valvuloplasty was performed in 14 cases, mechanic mitral valve replacement in 7 cases and 4 cases received coronary artery bypass grafting. Results All cases received surgical resection of the myxomas with stable hemodynamic after surgery and without complications as severe arrhythmia and embolism. The patients were followed up for 10 months to 5 years, the recurrence of myxoma in the left atrium near the mitral annulus was seen in one case only. Conclusion Left atrial myxoma should be resected surgically as early as possible once diagnosed definitely. Complete removal of the tumor is the key for avoiding the recurrence of myxoma.
