复用吸引管清洗存放架的研制与应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨复用吸引管清洗存放架的清洗和干燥效果。方法自行研制复用吸引管清洗存放架,采用目测法和放大镜检测法评估其用于复用吸引管1100套(观察组)的清洗和干燥合格率,并与1100套复用吸引管采用常规方法(对照组)清洗和干燥的结果比较。结果观察组采用复用吸引管清洗存放架的干燥合格率均高于常规存放的对照组(100.0%和100.0%vs.27.3%和55.0%)(P<0.01)。结论吸引管清洗存放架取材简单,制作成本低。其集吸引管清洗、消毒、干燥和存放于一体,能提高吸引管的清洗、干燥和消毒质量。 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of self-made instrument rack for cleaning and storing reusable suction tube. Methods The instrument rack for cleaning and storing the reusable suction tubes was made by ourselves. The effectiveness of cleaning and drying was evaluated by visual method and magnifier detection method after 1100 sets of reusable suction tubes were cleaned and dried by the instrument rack(group A) and another 1100 sets of reusable suction tubes were cleaned and dried by conventional cleaning and drying method(group B). Results The qualification rate of drying reusable suction tubes by visual method was higher in group A than that in group B(100. 0% vs. 27.3% ) ( P〈0. 01 ), which by magnifier detection method was higher in group A than that in group B( 100.0% vs. 55.0%)( P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The self-made instrument rack for cleaning and storing reusable suction tube is made simply and cheaply, which is effective in improving the quality of clean, dry and disinfection.
