三尖瓣置换术57例分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结三尖瓣置换术(TVR)的外科治疗经验。方法回顾性分析57例行TVR患者的临床资料。结果 57例患者中49例痊愈出院,院内死亡8例,术后早期不良事件包括低心排10例,急性肾功能不全4例,再次开胸止血2例,完全性房室传导阻滞3例,呼吸衰竭1例。42例患者随访8-162个月,随访期间因心力衰竭及心律失常各死亡1例,40例患者心功能改善至Ⅰ-Ⅱ级。结论 TVR是严重器质性三尖瓣病变的最终治疗手段,需严格掌握手术适应证与手术时机、优化手术策略、加强围术期管理。
