中西医结合治疗小儿阑尾脓肿

The treatment of appendiceal abscess in children with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿阑尾脓肿的疗效。方法105倒病人入院后先给予广谱抗生素头孢菌素类配合抗厌氧菌药物，如甲硝唑，高热加中药制剂清开灵注射液等。应输液纠正脱水和水电解质失衡。同时口服中药煎荆自拟阑尾清化汤。结果 治疗后体温恢复正常平均3．8天，平均住院时间9．4天，出院时惠儿无腹痛症状，无肌紧张及反跳痛，饮食二便正常。超声复查，78例（74％）右下腹盆腔占位病变完全消失，25例（24％）症状完全消失，包块明显减小。一例因肠梗阻行手术治疗，一例因脓肿破裂行手术治疗，其余全部治愈出院。结论 中西医结合治疗小儿阑尾脓肿取得了较好的疗效果。

Objective To explore the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of appendiceal abscess in children. Methods 105patients after the first use of broad--spectrum antibiotics such as cephalosporin with anti anaerobic metronidazole, hyperthermia plus Qingkailing injection preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. At the same time should infusion correct dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. And oral medi-cine decoction with appendix Qinghua Decoction. Results the treatment temperature returned to normal 3.8 days on average, the average hospital staywas 9.4 days, no abdominal symptoms the patient was discharged, no muscle tension and rebounding pain, two had normal diet. Ultrasonic examination, 78 cases （74%） of right lower abdominal and pelvic lesions disappeared completely in 25 cases （24 %）, the symptoms disappeared completely,mass decreases obviously. A case for operation treatment of intestinal obstruction, one case because of abscess rupture underwent surgical operation,the rest all cured. Coneluslon the treatment of appendiceal abscess in children has good treatment effect combined traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine.
