双微导管技术在颅内复杂动脉瘤栓塞中的应用 被引量:15

The application of double microcatheter technique for the treatment of complicated intracranial aneurysms

摘要 目的 探讨双微导管技术在栓塞颅内复杂动脉瘤中的应用价值及临床效果.方法 回顾2007年4月至2013年3月间采用双微导管技术栓塞法治疗的18例颅内复杂动脉瘤的临床资料并分析其应用价值及临床效果.18例复杂动脉瘤中宽颈动脉瘤9例,不规则动脉瘤8例,1例椎-基联合处夹层动脉瘤采用双股动脉入路,一侧予支架辅助,另一侧予微导管辅助,成功栓塞后双侧椎动脉保持通畅.动脉瘤有少许残留,半年后再补圈栓塞后痊愈.结果 18例动脉瘤均成功栓塞,随访6个月-2年,动脉瘤无复发.结论 双微导管技术是一种治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤安全有效的方法,具有操作简单、并发症少、手术适应证广的优势. Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of endovascular treatment for complicated intracranial by using double microcatheter technique.Methods A retrospective study was applied on 18 cases with complicated intracranial aneurysms which were treated by using double microcatheter method from April 2007 to March 2013.Among them,9 were wide-necked aneurysms; 8 were irregular aneurysm; and 1 dissecting aneurysm was embolized by using femoral arterial puncture on both sides,on side was assistant by stent placement technology,and the other side was assistant by microcatheter.Results All the aneurysms were managed embolization without the parent arteries occlusion.And in the 6 months to 2 year follow-up period,no recanalization was found.Conclusion According to the clinical date,double microcatheter technique is an efficient,safety and feasible method for coil embolization of complicated intracranial aneurysms.
