Metabolic regulation of bone marrow microenvironment on hematopoietic stem cells and its role in hematologic diseases

摘要 造血干细胞(HSC)是机体骨髓中一群具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的细胞.其数量(即HSC池的大小)和功能的稳态(homeostasis)对维持机体正常健康的造血系统和生理功能必不可少;因此调节HSC的功能对保持机体在生命周期中有效造血至关重要.
