基于焊接疲劳寿命仿真的裙板优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 列车运行速度的不断提高,气动载荷对列车及其设备舱作用变得十分强烈,由此引发的车外部件安装强度及其焊缝疲劳问题成为重中之重。以某型动车组裙板为研究对象,基于可靠的计算机仿真模型,采用FEsafe中verity模块的等效结构应力法进行了焊缝疲劳分析。分析结果为裙板结构的可靠性评估和优化设计提供了参考。 With the increase of train speed,the effect of aerodynamic load on train and equipment bay is very strong,which results in the problems of installation strength and weld fatigue.By taking the skirt plate in some type MU as study object,the fatigue of weld was analyzed with equivalent structure stress method in FE-safe module based on the reliable computer simulation model.The analysis results can provide the reference for the reliability evaluation and optimization design of skirt plate structure.
