摘要
目的 分析甲下外生性骨疣复发的病因及预防方法.方法 对我院2006年5月至2013年12月收治的33例甲下外生性骨疣的临床特点、组织学及解剖学特征、手术方法及远期疗效进行回顾性分析.结果 本组病例中23例获得随访,时间平均1.8年,23例中复发2例,复发率8.7％.术后均行病理检查,病理诊断为骨软骨瘤.结论 了解甲下外生性骨疣的发病特点,明确其组织结构及病理特征,以降低误诊率、漏诊率及复发率.
Objective To analyze the etiology and preventive methods of recurrent of subungual exostosis.Methods Thirty-three cases of subungual exostosis treated from May 2006 to December 2013 were reviewed to analyze the clinical features,histological and anatomical characteristics,surgical methods,and long-term results.Results In this group,23 patients had sufficient follow-up with an average time of 1.8 years.Recurrence of subungual exostosis was observed in 2 cases,the rate of postoperative recurrence being 8.7%.All the resected tissues were subject to pathological examination which revealed osteochondroma.Conclusion Understanding the chnical features and the structural and pathological characteristics of subungual exostosis can reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,missed diagnosis and recurrence.
