系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11的检测 被引量:6

Detection of Chemokine CXCL9,CXCL10 and CXCL11 in the Serum of Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘要 目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者外周血中趋化因子CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11的表达情况并探讨其与临床特征的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测32例SLE患者及10例健康对照血清中CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11的表达情况,并将其与相应临床症状及实验室结果进行统计学分析。结果 SLE患者血清中CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11表达均明显高于健康对照(P均<0.05),且在中、重度活动期组血清中的表达明显高于轻度活动期组及稳定期组(P均<0.05);CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11表达强度与补体C3呈负相关(P均<0.05),与补体C4,ESR,CRP及24h尿蛋白定量均无相关性;CXCL9,CXCL10在有肾脏受累的患者中明显升高(P均<0.05),关节炎患者中CXCL10表达明显升高(P<0.05);此外,在抗SM抗体阳性患者中CXCL9表达显著升高(P<0.05),抗ds DNA抗体及抗核小体抗体阳性患者中CXCL10表达显著升高(P均<0.05)。结论 CXCL9,CXCL10及CXCL11表达与SLE活动性及严重程度有关,可能在SLE发病中发挥作用。 Objective To detect the levels of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 in the serum of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and to investigate the relationship between their expressions and the clinical features of SLE. Methods Serum CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 32 patients with SLE and 10 health controls. The serum CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 lev- els and their corresponding clinical symptoms and laboratory results were statistically analyzed. Results The CXCL9, CXCLIO and CXCL11 levels in serum of SLE patients were significantly elevated compared with health controls( all P 〈 0.05 ), and the CXCLg, CXCL10 and CXCL11 levels in patients with moderate to severe dis- ease activity were significantly higher than patients with mild activity and stable patients ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Serum CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 levels were correlated negatively with C3 level( all P 〈 0.05 ), and had no cor- relation with C4, ESR, CRP and 24-hour urinary protein excretion. Compared to patients without renal involve- ment, serum CXCL9, CXCL10 levels were elevated in patients with renal involvement (both P 〈 0.05 ), CX- CL10 levels were higher in patients with arthritis (P 〈 0.05 ). In addition, CXCL9 level were elevated in pa- tients with positive anti-SM antibodies (P 〈 0.05 ) , CXCL10 levels were higher in patients with positive anti-ds- DNA and anti-nucleosome antibodies ( both P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Serum CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 levels in SLE patients were related with disease activity and severity, they may play roles in the pathogenesis of SLE.
