摘要
目的进一步了解血管球瘤患者的临床特征和组织病理表现。方法回顾性分析本科近4年来诊治的12例血管球瘤病患者的临床资料,包括临床表现、病理及治疗和转归等。结果血管球瘤多见于青中年女性,皮损以单发为主;本病组织病理主要为真皮内团状分布血管球细胞。治疗方法以手术切除为主。结论本病以疼痛为主要特点,组织病理学检查是诊断的关键,临床医生应加强对血管球瘤的认识,尽可能减少误诊。
Objective To analyze the clinical and pathological manifestations of glomus tumor. Methods The clinical data from 12 patients with glomus tumor in our department,including clinical,pathological and treatment data were retrospectivly analysized. Results The disease was mostly seen in the young women with single lesion; For pathology,glomus tumor cells were cloddy distributed. Operation therapy was effective. Conclusion The diagnosis of this disorder mainly depend on clinical features such as pain,the histopathologic changes. Clini- cians should pay attention to the disease.
