Recent advances in role of epoxyeicosatrienoic acids in physiological functions and disease progression of the nervous system

摘要 环氧二十碳三烯酸(epoxyeicosatrienoic acids,EETs)是花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid,AA)经细胞色素P450(CYP)环氧化酶代谢而成,包括4种异构体,主要由可溶性表氧化水解酶(soluble epoxide hydrolase,sEH)水解代谢成双羟二十碳三烯酸[1]。研究表明EETs在神经系统具有多种生理功能,包括血管舒张、抗炎症、解热镇痛、促血管生成、抗凋亡、抗氧化作用、脑血流调节[2];调节神经激素释放[3];抑制血小板粘附、聚集[4];增强纤维蛋白的溶解[5];促进皮质神经元轴突的生长[6]等,并且参与到脑卒中、阿尔茨海默病、多发性硬化、帕金森病等神经系统疾病的病理生理过程中,在神经系统方面受到越来越多的关注,为多种神经系统疾病的治疗提供了新的方向。故本文围绕其在神经系统生理功能及疾病中的研究进展综述如下。
