摘要
目的总结MSCs来源exosomes(MSCs-exosomes)促进组织损伤修复的研究进展,分析MSCsexosomes临床应用的潜能和未来研究方向。方法广泛查阅国内外有关MSCs-exosomes促进组织损伤修复研究的文献,并进行综述。结果 Exosomes是MSCs旁分泌的一种具有生物学活性的小囊泡,可在细胞间传递功能性蛋白、RNA和micro RNA,通过抑制凋亡、促进增殖等方式在多种疾病导致的组织损伤中发挥修复作用。结论MSCs-exosomes是治疗组织修复损伤的研究新热点,针对MSCs-exosomes生物学功能、细胞间转运和治疗机制的研究将有助于其向临床应用的转化。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the recent advancements in the field of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) derived exosomes(MSCs-exosomes) in tissue repair. Methods The literature about MSCs-exosomes in tissue repair was reviewed and analyzed. Results Exosomes are biologically active microvesicles released from MSCs which are loaded with functional proteins, RNA, and micro RNA. Exosomes can inhibit apoptosis, stimulate proliferation, alter cell phenotype in tissue repair of several diseases through cell-to-cell communication. Conclusion MSCs-exosomes is a novel source for the treatment of tissue repair. Further research of MSCs-exosomes biofunction, paracellular transport, and treatment mechanism will help the transform to clinical application.
