摘要
对某型承力机匣气腔成型技术进行研究,确定了借助陶瓷型芯形成承力机匣气腔。针对陶瓷型芯成型和使用技术进行了一系列工艺的研究和探索,合理设计了所用陶瓷型芯的结构,确定了生产用陶瓷型芯、可行的工艺方法和工艺参数,成功铸造出了气腔尺寸和表面质量满足使用要求的承力机匣整体精铸件。
The forming technology of cartridge receiver gas chamber was explored.The cartridge receiver gas chamber was formed with the help of ceramic core.A series of new process of ceramic core moulding and using were investigatewd.The structure of ceramic core was designed reasonably,and the feasible process and parameters were determined.The cartridge receiver was produced sucessfully with meeting requirement of gas chamber size and surface quality.
