某军校临床博士研究生临床流行病学成绩影响因素的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解军队医学院校中临床专业博士研究生对临床流行病学的认知情况,分析影响临床流行病学成绩的因素,为改进课程教学和效果提供依据。方法调查对象为某军队医学院校2013级全体临床专业博士研究生,横断面研究设计,使用多元线性回归分析成绩的影响因素。结果 207人(98.1%)认为该门课程很重要,121人(57.3%)课前预习,163人(77.3%)课后复习,134人(63.5%)积极参加课堂讨论。统招生的表现优于在职生(P<0.05),学习效果的影响因素主要包括年龄、性别、专业、课前对课程重视程度、对课程兴趣情况、参加课堂讨论积极程度、硕士期间学习过和自学过相关课程、在职学习以及既往工作过(P<0.05)。结论临床专业博士研究生普遍对临床流行病学重视程度较高。提高博士研究生对临床流行病学的重视程度和兴趣可改善其学习效果,讨论式的授课对学生的理论学习和实践应用均有促进作用。 Objective To study the factors influencing the scores of Clinical Epidemiology of the doctor postgraduates in a medical college. Methods All doctor postgraduates of 2013 were selected for a cross-sectional study on their Clinical Epidemiology scores and the influencing factors. Results There were 207 students(98.1%) believed that Clinical Epidemiology was very important, 121 students(57.3%) prepared lessons before class, 163(77.3%) reviewed, 134(63.5%) actively participated in class discussions. Full-time students had better performance than the part-time students( P 〈0.05). The results showed score of the course was positively correlated with age, gender, specialty, interest in the course, has studied the course in their master degree, and self-studied, while it was negatively correlated with part-time students, previous work.Conclusion Clinical Ph D students generally paid high degree of attention in clinical epidemiology. Improve the degree of attention and interest in the course can improve their learning. Discussion type of teaching can improve the students′ learning effect on the theory and practical application of clinical epidemiology.
