不孕症患者弓形虫抗体检测结果分析

Detection of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii in patients with infertility

目的了解辛集市不孕症患者弓形虫感染情况及影响因素。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)对2010年5月至2014年5月在辛集市第一医院妇产科进行不孕问诊咨询的不孕症患者进行弓形虫抗体检测,同时对不孕患者中的阳性病例进行感染史追溯。结果 811对不孕症患者弓形虫抗体阳性123例,阳性率为7.58%(123/1 622);对照组阳性20例,阳性率为2.61%(20/766),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.84,P<0.01)。不孕症患者中男性阳性77例,阳性率为9.49%(77/811);女性阳性46例,阳性率为5.67%(46/811),二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.45,P<0.01)。在不孕组的123例阳性病例中,有45人经常在外就餐,占36.59%(45/123);有36人喜吃火锅或烧烤,占29.27%(36/123);有30人其家庭中有养猫养狗的情况,占24.39%(30/123)。结论辛集市不孕症患者弓形虫感染率较高,弓形虫感染可能是造成不孕的原因之一。建议对育龄夫妇加强健康教育、改变不良的卫生生活习惯,避免感染弓形虫,以免造成不良后果。

Objective To understand toxoplasma infection status in patients with infertility. Methods The infertility patients consulting in the First Hospital of Xinji City in May 2010 to May 2014 were carried out toxoplasma antibody detection by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent; at the same time, the positive cases of patients with infertility were traced for the infection history. Results 123 cases were toxoplasma antibody positive in 811 pairs of patients with infertility, with a positive rate of 7.58%（123 / 1 622）; 20 cases positive in control group, with a positive rate of 2.61%（20 / 766）. The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=22.84,P〈0.01）. 77 cases were positive in male patients with infertility, with a positive rate of9.49%（77 / 811）; 46 cases were positive in female, with a positive rate of 5.67%（46 / 811）. The difference was statistically significant（χ^2=8.45,P〈0.01）. In 123 positive cases of infertility group, 45 cases were dining out often and were accounted for36.59%（45 / 123）. 36 cases liked to eat hot pot or barbecue and were accounted for 29.27%（36 / 123）. 30 cases had a cat or a dog in their family and were accounted for 24.39%（30 / 123）. Conclusion The toxoplasma infection rate is higher among infertility patients that control group in Xinji city. Toxoplasma infection may be one of the causes of infertility. Health education of couples of childbearing age should be strengthened to change their bad health habits and avoid the toxoplasma infection and undesirable consequence.
