龙华新区H7N9禽流感病毒强化监测分析

Monitoring and analysis of the avian influenza virus H7N9 in Longhua district

摘要 目的对龙华新区H7N9强化监测的流感病例、外环境监测标本进行H5、H7和H9亚型禽流感病毒检测,了解禽流感病毒的暴露情况。方法利用实时荧光定量PCR对样本进行流感病毒的AB分型和禽流感病毒H5、H7、H9亚型核酸分型检测。结果在1 570份H7N9禽流感病毒强化监测样本中,检测出A型流感病毒阳性136份,阳性率为8.66%;B型流感病毒阳性86份,阳性率为5.48%;H5、H7、H9亚型核酸检测均为阴性。在278份外环境的检测样本中,禽流感病毒H7亚型阳性17份,H5和H9均为阴性。结论在龙华新区农贸市场的外环境中存在禽流感病毒H7亚型,人们存在感染的风险。目前在流感样病例和不明原因肺炎中尚未检出禽流感病毒H7亚型。 Objective To study avian influenza virus exposure status in Longhua district based on the strengthen monitoring of Longhua district H7N9 flu cases, and outside environmental monitoring samples. Methods Influenza virus samples were genotyped for A, B, H5, H7 and H9 subtypes by real-time quantitative PCR. Results 136 samples of influenza A virus was detected out of 1 570 H7N9 avian influenza monitoring samples, with a positive rate of 8.66%; 86 samples of influenza B virus was detected, with a positive rate of 5.48%; H5, H7 and H9 subtypes were negative for nucleic acid detected. In 278 environmental samples, 17 were positive for H7 subtype and none for H5 and H9 subtype in genotyping of influenza viruses.Conclusion H7 subtypes of avian influenza virus exists in the external environment of the area farmers markets. People were at risk of infection. Currently no H7 subtype was detected in influenza like cases and idiopathic pneumonia cases.
