摘要 随着我国人口的老龄化,糖尿病的发生率逐渐增加。糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的常见并发症,具有高发病率、高致盲率。DR目前无特效治疗方法,故早发现、早诊断有重要意义。目前有直接检眼镜、间接检眼镜检查、眼底照相、光学相干断层扫描、眼底荧光血管造影等在DR诊断、治疗、随访中发挥重要作用。多光谱眼底分层成像系统作为一种新的无创诊断和筛查方法,通过多光谱信息,清晰呈现出视网膜正面各层细节变化,提供一种全新的眼底病检查方式。 With the population aging, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus is increasing progressively in China. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is its common complication with high incidence and has become a leading cause of blindness. Currently, DR has no specific treatment, so early detection and diagnosis are of great important significances. Direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy, fundus photography, optical coherence tomography and fundus fluorescence angiography are commonly used in DR diagnosis, and play important roles in its treatment and follow-up. Retinal health assessment, as a novel diagnostic and screening method, clearly presents the details in the various layers of retina through multiple spectrum information, and provides a new diagnostic approach of ocular fundus diseases.
