肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎诊治成功1例 被引量：6

摘要 1临床资料 患者男性,50岁,因＂肛周脓肿术后肛周肿痛10 d＂入院。患者入院前10 d因肛旁肿痛至的当地医院就诊,诊断为＂肛周脓肿＂,予切开排脓手术及静脉输液抗感染治疗（具体不详）,术后肛旁红肿疼痛未见明显缓解,且红肿范围向睾丸前侧延伸,疼痛加剧,坐卧不适,患者为求进一步治疗来我院就诊,拟诊为＂肛周坏死性筋膜炎＂收住入院。患者既往有糖尿病史,未予系统治疗,无外伤史。查体为T：36.8℃,
