警惕血友病A合并艾滋病和丙型肝炎感染患者的非酒精性脂肪性肝病
摘要
我国非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的发生率已远远高于酒精性脂肪性肝病（AFLD）,并呈现年轻化趋势.中国疾病预防控制中心最新报道,脂肪性肝病严重威胁国人的健康,成为仅次于病毒性肝炎的位居第2位的肝病.上海、广州、香港等发达地区成人NAFLD发生率约为15％.大量证据表明,NAFLD现已成为西欧、美国、澳大利亚、日本慢性肝病的首要病因.随着肥胖和糖尿病患者的增多,NAFLD发生率很有可能在下一个10年内显著增加.
