上肢外周神经损伤患者食指指频的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察上肢外周神经损伤患者双手的食指指频改变。方法:筛选上肢周围神经损伤患者73例为损伤组,同时选取健康人60例为对照组,检测2组双手食指指频。结果:损伤组的患侧手食指指频显著低于对照组和另一侧损伤患者同侧手指频(P<0.01);左侧外周神经损伤患者未受影响手食指指频低于对照组同侧手食指指频(P<0.01)。结论:外周神经损伤患者患侧手运动功能下降,其健侧肢体运动功能部分下降,臂丛神经和正中神经的损伤影响食指指频。 Objective: To study the characteristics of forefingers tapping of both sides of hands of patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injury. Methods: Seventy-three patients with upper limb peripheral nerve injury(injury group) and 60 healthy people(control group) were enrolled. The forefingers finger tapping of both sides of hands were examined. Results: The finger tapping in the injury group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the another side of ipsilateral hand(P〈0.01). The finger tapping of unaffected hand of left peripheral nerve injury in the injury group was lower than that in the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The motor function of injury hand of patients with peripheral nerve injury is impaired whereas the function of healthy side is partly affected. The finger tapping is affected by the median nerve and the brachial plexus injury.
