摘要 目的:探讨早期康复治疗对脑梗死急性期患者运动功能障碍的影响。方法:68例脑梗死患者随机分为康复组和对照组各34例,2组均给予常规药物治疗,康复组还给予早期康复治疗,疗程8周。治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer量表评定上下肢运动功能;改良痉挛评定量表(MAS)评定痉挛情况;Lovett 6级分级法评价上下肢运动肌力。结果:康复组治疗后的Fugl-Meyer积分、MAS分级和肌力分级均优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复治疗可在一定程度改善脑梗死急性期患者上下肢运动功能、肌痉挛和肌张力。 Objective: To study the effects of early rehabilitation on motor dysfunction of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-eight cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The 2 groups were given routine drug therapy, and the rehabilitation group was given additional early rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment,Fugl-Meyer assessment was used to evaluate patients' upper and lower extremity motor function. Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS) was used to assess spasticity situation, and Lovett 6-level classification was used to assess upper and lower extremity muscle movement. Results: After the treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores, MAS scores and Lovett levels of the rehabilitation group were improved compared with those before the treatment and those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation can improve extremity motor function, muscle cramps and muscle tension to some extent in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
