叔丁醇基凝胶注模成型制备ZTA多孔陶瓷 被引量:8

Preparation of ZTA Porous Ceramics by TBA Based Gel-casting

摘要 采用叔丁醇基凝胶注模成型工艺,以丙烯酰胺为单体制备了ZTA多孔陶瓷。优化了固含量、预混液浓度、引发剂用量和固化温度等成型工艺参数。分析了烧结温度和保温时间对多孔陶瓷气孔率及孔径分布的影响。研究发现固含量为10vol%、预混液浓度为15wt%、引发剂用量为20wt%、固化温度为40℃,在1500℃条件下保温2 h烧结得到的ZTA多孔陶瓷气孔率可达59.05%,最可及孔径为0.72μm,孔径分布在0.40-5.00μm的气孔占总气孔的87.22%,压缩强度达到56.09 MPa。 ZTA porous ceramics were fabricated by tert-butyl alcohol-based gel-casting process,using acrylamide as monomer. The technological parameters of molding process,such as the solid content,the concentration of pre-mixed solution,the dosage of initiator and the curing temperature were optimized.The effect of the sintering temperature and the holding time on the porous ceramic porosity and the distribution of pore size were analyzed. The results show that a porous ceramic with porosity as 59. 05%and most probable pore size of 0. 72 μm is sintered at 1500 ℃ for 2 h with the solid content as 10vol%,the content of pre-mixed solution as 15wt%,the dosage of initiator as 20wt%,curing temperature as 40℃ respectively. Meanwhile,the 87. 22% pore size is within 0. 40-5. 00 μm and the compressive strength of ZTA porous ceramic is 56. 09 MPa.
