成人用药依从性调查及影响因素分析

A survey on adult medication compliance and its influencing factors analysis

目的:调查皖南地区成人的用药依从性现状,分析影响用药依从性的因素,为提高成人用药依从性提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法对1 134名成人进行自填式问卷调查。结果:成人用药依从性为43.30%,用药环境改变、药品疗效差、药品不良反应、患者经济状况差、用药存在对抗心理、医生和药师指导不明确等是导致用药非依从性的危险因素,文化程度较高是用药依从的保护因素。结论:皖南地区成人用药依从性较低,应引起社会和卫生部门的重视,可以从个体、医院和社会三方面入手提高用药依从性。

AIM： The survey aimed at investi- gating the factors influencing adult medication compliance and also to put forward a strong rati- onale for measures to improve the current adult medication compliance situation among adults in South Anhui Province. METHODS： By using a stratified cluster sampling method, we conduc- ted a survey using a structured questionnaire to elicit responses from 1 134 adults. RESULTS： Out of the total number of 1 134 adult respond- ents, the adult medication compliance stood at 43.3%, while adult medication no.n-compliance was 56.7%. Environmental changes, poor drug efficacy, adverse drug reactions （ADRs）, poor economic status of patients, reactance psychol- ogy and unclear doctor guidance were the high risk factors that accounted for the high adult medication noncompliance. On the other hand, high literacy among adults accounted for adult medication compliance. CONCLUSION： On the basis of the present results, which shows a high incidence of adult medication noncompliance in South Anhui Province, there is the urgent need for short and long term measures, particularly from all healthcare professionals who are directly involved with the drug use process, departments of healthcare administration and civil society to reverse the trend through public education and creation of awareness.
