aVR导联ST段抬高对急性心肌梗死相关血管的判定及意义 被引量:5

摘要 体表心电图是临床诊断心血管疾病应用最广泛,最简单的无创性心脏检查方法.以往对于急性心肌梗死(AMI)心电图推测梗死相关动脉(IRA)的研究较多,但多不包括aVR导联.近年来许多学者如Kosuge等[1]通过冠状动脉造影资料与体表心电图进行分析发现:aVR导联的ST段变化是一个较传统标准的心电图表现更敏感的新指标之一.
