摘要
目的观察不同浓度钠盐饮食对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血压及左心室肥厚的影响,并探讨其可能机制。方法SHR大鼠30只分为3组:1高盐饮食组SHRh(n=10),饮用含4%Na Cl盐水;2正常盐饮食组SHRn(n=10),饮用0.9%Na Cl盐水;3低盐饮食组SHRl(n=10),饮用含0.4%Na Cl盐水。以Wistar大鼠作为对照组(n=10),正常盐饮食,饮用0.9%Na Cl盐水。适应性喂养1周,实验喂养12周。测定大鼠血压动态变化及左心室重量指数(LVI)。结果 SHR大鼠与Wistar大鼠比较血压明显升高,左心室重量指数升高;高钠饮食及低钠饮食组较正常饮食组后期血压更高,左心室重量指数也相应升高。结论钠盐对SHR大鼠高血压及左心室肥厚的影响存在"J曲线"现象。
Objective To observe the effects of the different concentration sodium diets on blood pressure and left ventrieular hyper- trophy in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) , and to investigate its possible mechanisms. Methods Thirty SHR rats were divided into 3 groups:(~)the high salt diet group SHRh (n = 10) , drinking with 4% NaC1 salt; (~the normal salt diet group SHRn (n = 10) , drinking with 0.9% NaC1 salt;(~)the low salt diet group SHR1 (n = 10), drinking with 0.4% NaC1 salt. Wistar rats were selected as the control group ( n = 10) ,with normal salt diet, drinking with 4% NaC1 salt. After 1 week of adaptive feeding, blood pressure was measured over 12 weeks and left ventrieular hypertrophy was examined by left ventricular mass index (LVI). Results Compared with Wistar rats', the SHR rats' blood pressure increased significantly, and the left ventrieular weight index was also increased. In later period, both SHRh and SHR1, compared with SHRn, showed higher blood pressure and left ventrieular mass index. Conclusion The effects of salt stress on hypertension and left ventrieular hypertrophy in SHR rats may had "J curve" phenomenon.
