摘要
为对复合材料加筋板的稳定性和承载能力作简便、快捷的评估,建立一种针对多种组合形式的复合材料加筋板稳定性分析的工程计算方法。基于分段处理法,设计工程计算方法总体框图;基于经典层合板理论,计算各单层刚度系数;利用等效刚度法、有效宽度法等计算方法,建立加筋板的等效刚度矩阵模型和各屈曲模式下的屈曲载荷和破坏载荷计算相关的数学模型参数。设计该工程计算方法的计算程序流程,并利用MATLAB开发软件工具,实现参数化、自动化的屈曲模态判断和屈曲载荷、破坏载荷的预估计算。给出求解算例,将计算结果与试验和有限元分析结果进行对比分析,验证该方法的正确性和精确性。
An analytical method was presented to study the stability analysis of composite stiffened panel. The general diagram was designed based on segmentation processing method. The equivalent stiffness matrix model and the mathematical model which can calculate the buckling load and failure load of stiffened panel in different buckling mode were established on the basis of engineering simplified method such as equivalent stiffness method and the effective width method. A tool was developed by using MATLAB. This tool implemented parameterization and automation function,which can be used in different composite stiffened panel with different materials,layers,stringer and geometric size. By comparing the calculated results with the test results and the FEA results,the correctness and precision of engineering simplification method can be verified.
