摘要
选用15 mm厚Q355NHC钢和G20Mn5N铸钢两种板材,采用CHW-55CNH和JM55-Ⅱ两种焊丝的相同对接焊工艺焊接成对接试板。对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击、硬度试验,以及宏观、微观金相分析、疲劳性能分析,比较两种焊丝焊接的异种钢板焊缝两侧基本性能及疲劳性能的差异。研究发现,JM55-Ⅱ焊丝焊接的焊缝接头强度高于铸钢母材强度,异种钢板的化学成分、焊接和焊后热处理工艺对异种钢板焊缝两侧基本性能没有产生明显影响,焊缝的疲劳性能优于铸钢侧母材性能,验证了JM55-Ⅱ焊丝代替CHW-55CNH焊丝用于城市客车生产的可行性。
Two pieces of Q355 NHC steel plate and G20Mn5 N cast steel plate with the same thickness of 15 mm,were welded together with two different welding wires using the same butt welding technique. Ultimate tensile test,bending test,Charpy impact test,hardness test were conducted on the welded joints. The macro and micro structure,fatigue behavior were analyzed.The results show that the strength of welding joints with JM55-Ⅱ welding wire is higher than that of base cast steel. The chemical composition,welding technique,post weld heat treatment have little influence on basic mechanical properties of two materials.Fatigue performance of welding bead is superior to that of base metal(cast steel). The feasibility of JM55-Ⅱwire insteading of CHW-55 CNH is verified.
