海上石油钻井套管接头腐蚀穿孔失效分析 被引量:4

摘要 某海上油田钻井套管系统多次发现泄漏,经调查确认为钻井套管接头腐蚀穿孔所致。为避免此类泄露事故再次发生,对套管接头的腐蚀原因进行研究。对套管接头进行宏观和微观分析、理化性能和金相组织检测,以及腐蚀产物物相分析。结果表明:由于管道油气中含有CO2和H2S,二者溶于水,使管壁产生点腐蚀;同时,由于加工原因,管壁内径发生变化,使介质形成湍流,易产生气泡,气泡腐蚀也是套管接头出现腐蚀穿孔的重要原因。 Leakage is detected in certain offshore oilfield drilling pipeline system for many times and investigation results show that the cause of the leak is corrosion perforation in the drilling pipe coupling. In order to avoid occurring again,analysis of the pipe coupling corrosion was carried out. The physical and chemical properties,microstructure,phase of corrosion products were analyzed. The results show that pitting corrosion occurs due to CO2 and H2S in the pipeline. At the same time,the pipe diameter is changed due to machining,so turbulent flow and bubbles are easy to generate. Bubble corrosion is an important reason for corrosion perforation of pipe coupling.
