摘要
运用焊条电弧焊的多层多道焊技术修复真空回转干燥釜转轴主凸缘疲劳裂纹,实施交叉对称焊法。结果表明:利用碳弧气刨割除原来内加强圈,清除凸缘与内筒板连接角焊缝,采用A132焊条电弧焊的小规范多层多道焊技术,先焊收缩量最大的焊缝、尽可能让焊缝自由收缩、运用交叉对称施焊法,焊后强冷,经0.6 MPa、24 h保压一次通过,修复后运行至今效果良好。
The Cross Symmetrical Welding method was used to repair the main flange cracks of rotary vacuum dryers with technology of multi-layer-and-line welding. The results show that the repaired dryer has been working in good condition after the procedure of cutting the inner reinforcing ring with carbon arc air gouging,clearing the fillet weld between the flange edge and the inner tube plate,welding with A132 electrode by multi-layer-and-line welding technology,and then welding the wildest crack permitting free shrinkage,strong cooling after CSW and then pressure keeping at 0.6 MPa for 24 h.
