神经酰胺在胰岛素抵抗中的作用及干预研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征的重要的病理特征,其中神经酰胺在胰岛素抵抗发生、发展中起到了重要作用。神经酰胺能激活细胞凋亡通路,增加线粒体膜通透性,诱导内质网应激,抑制胰岛素信号传导通路,从而降低胰岛素敏感性,诱导胰岛素抵抗;通过丝氨酸棕榈酰转移酶抑制剂、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶激活剂、基因干预或运动等方法,干预神经酰胺合成和代谢,可以改善胰岛素抵抗。本文将阐述神经酰胺与胰岛素抵抗的关系以及干预研究进展。 Insulin resistance( IR) is the pathological basis of metabolic syndrome,in which ceramide plays an important role. Ceramide can activate cell apoptosis pathway,increase the permeability of mitochondria,induce endoplasmic reticulum stress,and inhibit insulin signaling pathway,thus reducing insulin sensitivity and inducing IR. Ceramide synthesis and metabolism can be intervened by serine palmitoyl transferase inhibitor,AMP-activated protein kinase-activating agents,gene interference,exercises so that IR can be improved. This paper describes the progress in research on the role of ceramide in IR and intervention.
