儿童Ⅳ级闭合性肾脏损伤的诊治体会
摘要
儿童肾脏损伤Ⅰ-Ⅲ级仅需保守观察治疗，多无并发症，预后良好。而对级。肾损伤，越来越多的学者主张保守治疗，但也有人仍主张积极地手术干预，治疗目前尚存争议。现将我院2011年1月至2014年4月按美国创伤外科协会（American Association for the Surgery of Trauma，AAST）分级标准收治的33例Ⅳ级肾脏损伤患儿的临床资料回顾分析，报道如下。
