An Empirical Study of Influencing Factors of Product Quality Crisis

摘要 为克服产品质量危机影响因素系统性提取不足,有效提升质量危机预防能力,采用元分析法将不同学者从不同视角提出的产品质量危机影响因素进行了系统整理;基于元分析结果和类目网格技术相结合方法形成了其影响因素实证调查问卷;在问卷调查与数据获取基础上,剔除了认同程度较低的影响因素;采用SPSS18.0进行探索性因子分析,发掘出6方面27个质量危机影响因素;采用集值统计法得出了6个关键影响因素,为企业预防与削减质量危机提供借鉴。 In order to overcome the lack of systematic extraction of the influencing factors of product quality crisis, effectively enhance the prevention capacity of quality crisis, by using element analysis, the products quality crisis affecting factors were systematically finished by different scholars in different perspectives; based on the combining of element analysis results and category grid technology form the formal questionnaire of influencing factors; based on questionnaire and getting data, remove the factors with lower recognition level, use SPSS18.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis, obtained 6 aspects,27 quality crisis influencing factors; identified 6 key affecting factors by using set-valued statistical method, provide a reference for enterprises to prevent and reduce quality crisis.
