摘要
基于CHIP数据,结合均值回归和分位数回归分析方法,对工资决定机制建立动态Mincer方程,用以讨论中国城镇劳动力市场的工资谈判和教育回报状况,结果显示:工作单位在工资谈判中占有绝对优势,劳动者处于不利位置,尤其是国有单位劳动者在工资谈判中的劣势地位更加严重;城镇居民的教育回报率随经验增长逐步趋于稳定,并且教育回报率偏低;工资谈判对教育回报存在显著影响,劳动者的谈判能力越强,其获得的教育回报率也越高。性别歧视的两个程式化事实,验证了动态Mincer方程在中国城镇劳动力市场的适应性。
This paper applies the dynamic Mincer equation to wage determmataon system on me basis of CHIP data and methods of regression, so as to discuss wage bargaining and return to schooling on the China's urban labor market. The results show that work units hold overwhelming superiority in wage bar- gaining and laborers are at a disadvantage especially in state-owned units. At the same time, the return to schooling in cities gradually stabilizes as the experience grows and the rate of return to schooling turns out low. Furthermore, the wage bargaining has an significant influence on the return to schooling, that is, the stronger bargaining power, the higher the rate of return to schooling. In light of two stylized facts of sex discrimination, the applicability of the dynamic Mincer equation to China's urban labor market is verified.
