摘要
文章以中国30个省市2008—2012年高技术产业数据为研究样本,首先,运用因子分析法测度了中国30个省市2008—2012年高技术产业创新绩效;其次,运用Moran’s I指数值对高技术产业创新绩效的空间相关性和空间异质性进行检验;最后,基于空间计量模型中的SEM模型分析了高技术产业创新绩效的影响因素。研究结果表明:2008—2012年间,中国区域高技术产业创新绩效空间上呈现"东高西低"的集聚特征,局域上呈现空间溢出效应;R&D人员投入、R&D经费投入、对外开放度、外部技术获取、企业规模等与区域高技术产业创新绩效呈正相关关系;产权结构与区域高技术产业创新绩效呈负相关关系,即非国有高技术企业更有助于创新绩效的提高。
This study takes the data from high-tech industries in China's thirty provinces in 200g-2012 as research sample: Firstly, using factor analysis method to measure the high-tech industry innovation performance in China's 30 provinces and cities in 2008-2012; Then,using Moran's I values to test the spatial correlation and spatial heterogeneity in high-tech industrial innovation performance; Finally, analyzing the influencing factors that influence the innovation performance of high-tech industry based on the SEM model. The results show that China's regional high-tech industry innovation performance in space shows the agglomeration characteristics of "east high west low" from 2008 to 2012; in local area, it shows spatial spillover effect. R&D personnel input, R&D investment, foreign open degree, external technology acquisition and enterprise scale have positive relation with high-tech industry innovation performance; Property right structure have negative relation with high-tech industrial innovation performance, namely non-state own high-tech enterprises will be more benefit to the improvement of innovation performance.
