摘要
文章从"核心能力"与"一般能力"的区别出发,从高校辅导员的一般能力中归纳出高校辅导员核心能力的概念。通过对现有理论成果的梳理和对山东部分高校的实际调研,总结分析出思想政治教育能力、学生发展指导能力是高校辅导员核心能力的构成要素,并通过论证构建了高校辅导员核心能力结构模型。此外,基于高校辅导员的工作实际和学生发展需求,从模型基本结构出发,设计出高校辅导员核心能力考评体系统计相关测评数据,通过高校辅导员核心能力测评软件(CCESC)实现考评过程。
This article generalizes the concept of core capability from general capability of counselor by distinguishing between " core capability" and " general capability". Through the investigation and study launched at several universities in Shandong Province, this article concludes that the ability of ideological and political education and the capability of student development guidance comprise the important elements of core capability of counselor, and establishes the core capability's structure model of counselor. This article also designs an evaluation system model of the core capability of counselor on the basis of the funda- mental structure of model, concerning the practical work of counselor and the demand of student development, thereby achieve the evaluation process by Core Capabilities Evaluation System of Counselor (CCESC).
