摘要
结合当前我国旅游企业发展中存在的运营成本高、赢利能力弱以及合作效率低等问题,通过对服务共享式合作的内涵及机理进行分析,根据旅游企业的运营特点,提出了集团组建式、市场外包式和企业联盟式三种服务共享式合作模式,并进一步从互惠信任、重复博弈和关系协调三个方面对合作模式的实现机制进行了讨论。
Current problems with Chinese tourism enterprises include the high costs of operation, low profit, and lack of efficient cooperation. Based on these facts, this research, through revealing the meaning and mechanism of shared service cooperation, proposes three shared service cooperation modes, namely the group initiated, market outsourced, and enterprises allied. Finally, the mechanism of realizing these modes is dis- cussed from the two aspects of reciprocal trust, repetitive game and relationship coordination.
