马克思土地产权理论对我国农村土地流转的启示——以三权分离的视角

Marx's Theory of Land Property Rights on Chinese Rural Land Circulation Enlightenment: In Terms of Three Rights Division

以马克思土地产权理论为基础分析三权分离的农村土地流转制度,对基于三权分离的农村土地流转模式的可行性进行研究,研究表明三权是我国农村土地的特征,以三权分离的视角去思考农村土地流转问题,能够帮助我们理清思路,找到解决各种问题的入手点,从而得出在土地流转工作中应充分考虑"三权"特征,坚持三点原则的结论。

Based on the theory of Marx＇s property rights, this paper adopts the method which analyzes the rural land transfer system related to the division of Three Rights and tries to study the feasibility of rural land circu- lation mode that is based on the division of Three Rights. The studies have shown that Three Rights is the characteristic of rural land in our country. Reflections on the rural land circulation problems from the perspec- tive of the division of Three Rights can help us clarify ideas and find a solution to a range of issues that should be considered in the land circulation, which proves that we transfer system and insist on the conclusions of the Three - should take full account of Three Rights in land Principle.
