摘要
通识教育课程、学科专业知识深度、专业方向口径、教学组织形式、实践教学环节、第二课堂活动决定人才培养质量,是构建人才培养模式应考虑的重要问题。地方高师院校人才培养模式的质量保障因素有参照因素、教育时空因素、课程体系设计因素、教学方式和师生关系因素、实践途径因素、目标指导性因素,应从培养方案评估、课程质量监控、实行导师制、实践教学目标刚性化、发挥学生主体作用等多层面保障多样化人才培养模式下的教学质量。
The settings of general education, knowledge depth of subjects, broad - range majors, teaching organizational forms, practical teaching processes, second classroom activities are the issues that should be considered in order to construct talent training pattern and ensure its quality. The elements that guarantee the teaching quality in local normal universities include refer- ence, time and space, the design of curriculum system, teaching method, the relationship between teachers and students, prac- tice approaches and target guidance. The teaching quality of diversified talent training pattern can be accomplished through the following measures: training plan evaluation, curriculum quality supervision, tutorial system, teaching aim rigidization and the development of students' subjective role.
