规范的契约关系是农地市场健康运行的关键。探究中国农地流转不规范现象的成因和对策,可为农地规范化流转提供一个思路。通过归纳和演绎相结合的分析方法,得出如下结论:传统乡村的社会特性决定了不规范流转必然存在;不稳定的非农化就业迫使农民主动选择不规范流转;农地经营收益低致使农民不愿意费心去进行规范化流转;短期流转所促成的重复博弈局面减缓了非规范化流转可能带来的损害。但随着社会的演变,不规范流转引发了越来越多的问题,所以应当逐渐将农地流转引向规范化。

The contractual relationship is the key to the healthy operation of standard farmland market. The exploration of causes and countermeasures of farmland transfer can provide a new idea for the standardization transfer. Through the combined analysis of induction and deduction, this study draws the following conclusions： firstly, the social characteristics of traditional village decides that nonstandard farmland transfer is inevitable; secondly, the instability of the nonagricultural employment has forced farmers to initiatively choose nonstandard farmland transfer; thirdly, the low income of farmland causes farmers to normalize the transfer of farmland; fourthly, the repeated game situation caused by short-term farmland transfer also decreased the damage that the nonstandard farmland transfer may bring. But with the development of the society, nonstandard farmland transfer may lead to more and more problems, so that the farmland circulation should be standardized.
