摘要
低山丘陵地区的土地平整工程主要是梯田修筑。在综合考虑田坎田埂占地和投资成本的基础上,给出了以梯田安全性为约束条件,以投资效益最优为目标的水平梯田参数设计的数学模型,并以湖北省宜昌市夷陵区龙泉镇新农村试点土地整理项目为例,采用新模型设计方法得出的结果与原规划设计相比,在保证梯田安全性的同时,投资效益得到了提高。
Building terrace is an important measure of land leveling in hilly area. The paper synthesizes land occupation of field ridge and cost of investment, put forward a mathematical model of level terrace parameter design, which is built by constraints o{ terrace security and taking the investment benefits as the optimum objective. Then we take a land consolidation project in Longquan Town as a case study to verify that the method is better than original plan and it can improve investment efficiency in land leveling project while the terrace security is ensured.
