政府评价层级差异与差序政府信任——基于2011年全国调查数据的实证研究

Performance Evaluation Differences in Multi-level Government and Hierarchical Political Trust: an Empirical Study of 2011 National Survey Data

在2011年全国调查数据的基础上,尝试以民众对不同层级政府的评价差异解释差序政府信任产生和维系的原因。研究发现民众在对中央和地方政府在绩效、动机以及腐败程度等问题进行评价时显著青睐于中央政府,这种评价上的差异导致民众对中央政府的信任显著高于对地方政府的信任,从而产生了差序政府信任。

Basing on data of a national survey conducted in 2011, this paper tries to find out how the perceived performance difference among multi-level government affects people＇s trust at different level of government. the findings show that the people believe that, comparing to local governments, the central government has better performance, better motivation and less corruption, so the central government should enjoy more trust than the local one. This is why Chinese people are likely to develop hierarchical political trust.
