摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对我国公共体育场地财政投入现状及存在问题进行深入分析。结果显示:我国公共体育场地财政投入仍然偏低,体育场地建设经费来源渠道单一,中央与地方财权与体育场地建设事权不统一。
Adopting literature study and questionnaire, this paper probed into the present situation and problems of fiscal investment of public sports grounds in China. It showed that the fiscal investment of public sports grounds was insuffi- cient. Funds for stadium and arena construction were far from enough. The financial and property rights of sports ground construction in central and local government were not unified.
