档案学高等教育改革的发展

The Development of Reform on the Archival Higher Education

档案学高等教育的发展与档案学高等教育改革密不可分。本文回顾了档案学高等教育改革的发展历程,从教育体系、办学规模、师资队伍、科研实力等方面比较全面地总结了档案学高等教育的成绩,也指出了当前档案学高等教育院校地域分布不均、教师学缘结构不合理等问题。在此基础上,笔者分析了档案学高等教育面临的大类招生、学科综合化发展、社会实践能力要求提升的发展机遇,从稳定并适度扩大办学规模、创新人才培养模式、优化师资结构等方面提出了档案学高等教育未来的发展趋势。

The development of Archival Higher Education is closely related to its reform. This article comprehensively surrrnarizes the achievements from the aspects of education system, school scale, teaching resources, scientific research ability, etc, as well as the current maldistribution of colleges and unreasonable structure of teaching staff. Based on the problems mentioned above, this arti- cle analyzes not only the development chances of class enrollment, subject totalization development and higher requirement of social practice ability that Archival Higher Education is now facing, but also the future trends of stabilization and expansion of school scale, education model of innovate talents, optimizing the structure of teaching staff etc.
