摘要
根据卧式多分室连续结晶设备的运行情况,本文选择五个影响这类结晶设备的主要因素,通过编译的计算机程序CCP1进行综合性分析考察,了解了有关因素在蔗糖连续结晶过程中的作用,为实现卧式多分室连续结晶设备的系统控制提供了一定的理论基础。
On the ground of the operation of multicompartment continuous crystallizer,five factors affecting mainly the production of the crystallizer are selected.And a computer program CCP1 is edited studying synthetically the influence of those factors on the conti- nuous crystallization.According to the results studied,the role of the factors are understood in industrial sucrose crystallization,and the theoretic fundamention is provided to a certain extent for the systematic control of multicompartment continuous crystallizer.
