新形势下环北部湾少数民族经济社会发展对策研究

The Strategy for Economic and Social Development of Minorities in Beibu Gulf Rim under Current Situations

在中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版的打造、泛北部湾经济合作和广西北部湾经济区建设力度加大的形势下,原来地处边缘的环北部湾地区,变成了改革开放的前沿地带,给环北部湾少数民族经济社会的发展提供了良好的机遇。在这一新形势下,要进一步推进环北部湾少数民族经济转型与发展,正确处理好经济建设与文化发展的关系以及经济建设与环境保护的关系,关注少数民族问题的国际化,重视活用国家的民族政策,以促进环北部湾区域特色经济的发展和少数民族的现代化。

Under the context of CAFTA,the upgraded economic cooperation in Pan-Beibu Gulf and construction of Guangxi northern region strengthened,the originally marginal Beibu Gulf Rim has become the frontal zone in reform and opening up period.This provides opportunities to develop economy and society of minorities in this area.Under the current situation,we should pace up transformation and development of minorities in Beibu Gulf Rim;handle the balance between economic construction and culture development as well as environment protection;focus on the internationalization of minority problems;make use of national ethnic policy to stimulate the development of characteristic economy in Beibu Gulf Rim and promote modernization in minority area.
