摘要 通过研究团队内部的网络结构特征来分析团队性别多样性和团队绩效关系的调节效应,通过分析发现团队网络密度和团队网络中心势对性别多样性和团队绩效关系有正向调节作用。 This paper analyzes the moderating effect of gender diversity and team performance through internal network structure characteristics of the research team. Result shows that the network density and network centrality positive mediate the relationship gender diversity and team performance.
